March 86G-04 IMSA GTP / Group C

The chassis was shipped to BMW NA in January 1986. The chassis was Hobbs & Watson’s 1986 car.

In 1987 the car was sold to Conte racing in California and updated with March body work and a Buick turbo engine.

In 1987 the car was leased to MOMO ( #0 & #30 ) with Moretti and Jim Crawford as drivers.

The car was raced 1 or 2 times in 1988 by Whitney Ganz #49. The car was sold to Roy Rose in 1988 and was purchased by the current owner in 1991.

The engine has done less than 1 hour since rebuid and is capable of 750 bhp without restrictor and depending on boost. The suspension has zero miles since being rebuilt.
